HI! I’m planning a mother/daughter trip with my daughter in June for her High School Graduation. We are looking into Iceland and loving so much about it. Thank you for this itinerary that seems like it would suite us well. Do you feel like it is safe for a mother/daughter trip? In reply to rshulman. We are headed to Iceland in July 2020 and using this itinerary as a guide…very helpful...Thanks! When you did the 2nd glacier hike in Sólheimajökull which you said you liked better, did you ice climb/hike or just hike? They have a shorter hike and longer hike but the longer hike is just 1hr longer but almost double the price. Any insight?
